This chair was purchased as a play chair for my 13 year old son. We were so amazed by the photos and the huge size that was advertised. As you can see now, a week later, it's a complete failure! If you sit on it, you'll fall straight to the ground and your butt will hit the floor. You cannot lean backwards or to the side for fear of falling out due to lack of support. It's quite clear that you can see this thing never gets as crowded as they say. This was an under-packaged shipment, perhaps to save money on shipping costs, or not enough filling material was used to save on production costs, but it comes at a high cost to the consumer. I'll take it back to AMAZON and have it sorted out. That's all I can say. It was a waste of money and we would have been better off with just a beanbag.
