I bought this bp about a year ago. at first everything was great, but a month later, his fan began to crackle terribly. this went on for about a week. at first I thought it was something else (choke, dsds or pfs), and not the fan itself, but when I stopped the fan, this terrible and loud crack stopped. then this problem disappeared and I was able to use my computer again, thinking that this was the only problem. but no. the block is almost a little over a year old, and now its connectors and wires have begun to melt, especially at the power input of the video card, due to games, I either had freezes and crashes to the desktop, or a blue screen. after much torment with drivers and Windows, I realized that the problem was not in the software, and dismantled the PC. even after many man-hours, I will notice that my video card power connectors are BURNED (those 6 + 2 Pin connectors). At first I was very surprised by this, and decided to look at the rest of the wires. It turns out that in addition to them, I also burned out the sata connector) I decided to look for a new, normal power supply, but because I still need a PC, I temporarily rearranged the burnt connectors where possible and the pieces of wires to those that are still intact, without starting anything heavy, in the hope that nothing will happen from everyday tasks (YouTube, Discord), but I apparently I made a little mistake, and even from such simple tasks the block can fool around. what is it in the end? coolermaster's technical support does not answer me, sometimes asking some very stupid questions like when it happened, what kind of computer you have, etc. unrelated to the case. I don’t really feel like calling, sending, negotiating and waiting for several weeks without a computer, so I’ll just take a new, adequate bshnik, from a flower or sisonica, albeit a little expensive xd thanks for the hassle and the useless warranty, coolermaster
