I bought this item primarily to relax very tight muscles. I have multiple sclerosis and follow a special maintenance program where this is an important part of the routine. Other people bought a much more expensive car that did pretty much the same job, which I couldn't afford. So I looked through the reviews and came across this article. I'm so glad I did. It's perfect in every way and more. I don't normally leave reviews, but this time too. This is a very powerful machine with interchangeable attachments and buttons to increase or decrease power. It's not too heavy for me and the handle is very long which allows me to reach hard to reach places like my lower back or lower legs. I am very happy with this product and I think it's worth the money.
