Integration with other apps like Slack or Salesforce helps us keep track of our activities at work without having to rely solely upon email notifications (which are not always reliable). It also allows me access my emails while I am out working remotely which enables better time management since there isn't much waiting around necessary before sending an important message that needs immediate attention/response back etc.. Easy UI navigation when you're new into using this software but if your familiar with Microsoft Outlook then navigating could be confusing - especially as they do have their own way where some functions works differently compared to what we might expect. As mentioned earlier integration capabilities would help tremendously during meetings too! We use leapworks mainly because its free version offers great functionality including tasks & reminders plus being able to create groups within one account really does make managing appointments easier & less prone to errors.
