In December 2020 the bolt broke. Claiming the warranty was fairly easy and straightforward, a week later I received a replacement clip. The replacement lasted until July 2021 and also failed. I don't drop my belt clip or abuse it, but I carry my phone with me every day and use it for work. So on average it took me 6 months. Submitted another warranty claim but was informed that the "Limited Lifetime Warranty" is limited to product replacement. The claim was rejected. Will never buy this brand again nor will I recommend it.
