This is a fake. It says Samsung, but it's not. Not only is it illegal to bring counterfeit goods or brands using the trademark into the United States without proper authorization, but it is also illegal to sell these products. It is against the law under the Lanham Act to sell, offer for sale, distribute or advertise counterfeit goods. So I believe Revain supports selling brands without permission.
