I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I have been dealing with this problem in one of my legs for 3 years. I fix this with compression sleeves, kinesiology tape and/or orthopedic shoes. I've been wearing compression sleeves day and night lately so I needed more to last the whole week. There were 3 pairs in this set (6 compression sleeves!) I'm a US size 7, regular fit. The mid-rise fit was perfect for me. They support you in the right places. You cannot completely get rid of pain. This makes it much handier. Care - I wash them with all my other clothes in the washing machine and hang dry. If your legs hurt, I highly recommend trying these sleeves. I hope you notice a difference in a day.
