Absolutely kept the promise
Corresponds absolutely to the declared combination of tool and application. We sent a couple of bikes cross country and used Otto to set up the derailleur after assembly. Everyone said it was as good or even better than setting up their bike shop. I have now used it on SRAM and Shimano 10 and 11 speed drivetrains. Worked well in all combinations.
