Well I don't know where to start because I don't like almost everything about this product. The biggest disappointment for me was how wet the mascara was - it RESTORED every curl of my lashes I had previously done. Super annoying! I have long but straight lashes and when she removed the curls and applied a wad of wet clumpy mascara I looked like I had a rake in front of my eyes, no lashes. Also, the applicator is weird. I feel like they're trying too hard with it. It was impossible to remove excess bulk due to the odd design and excessive flex, which I tried hard given the problem described above. Instead, I tried lighter strokes and tried to spread it out as evenly as possible manually, but there was always too much of it on the stick anyway. Go to the tiny lashes at the edges and do the bottom lashes. In the end, that alone isn't enough to redeem this (to me) completely useless mascara. i drop it
