Parents have urgent business at night, so I sleep during the busy part of the day. Dad is deaf but won't admit it and we have a Siamese who thinks he is Sir Edmund Hillary crossed with a yodel specialist. Add to that the fact that earplugs are so painful you can't use them and you can imagine how hard it is to get a good night's sleep in this crazy little house. These wonderful little headphones have completely solved the problem. They're so tiny you can barely feel them, and they're soft and snuggly so even side sleepers can use them comfortably. Healing 285Hz sleep music plays softly through them, drowning out everything else, and WOW! complete sleep. So great! I would recommend them to anyone whether traveling or just a light sleeper and will definitely be ordering another set as a backup. Noise canceling got four stars because it doesn't really cancel out noise, which is good for me. They deaden noise significantly, but you still hear your phone, alarm clock, fire alarm, etc., so you don't have to worry about missing an emergency. The volume control got four stars because it takes a bit of trial and error to find your own comfortable level as they send music straight into your ear canal. Everything you hear is going to sound louder so start at near zero volume and gradually increase it or you'll blow yourself into your own eardrums lol. Yes, the dummy learned that the hard way. All in all, AMAZING little headphones.
