There are a few issues with these headphones. 1) It's not noise canceling at all. I hear everything when I ride the subway. My old pair did a great job at blocking but they didn't last long so I wanted to try a different company; 2) They don't automatically connect to any of my devices even though they're paired with them. I have to manually open the bluetooth settings and click on the name; 3) They have FF and Volume Up and Rewind and Volume Down as the same buttons. I can't tell you how many times I've accidentally changed tracks while trying to adjust the volume. 4) There is no indicator to turn on the noise canceling function. It's very easy to forget to turn it off and then it drains the battery; 5) They are not very comfortable for long-term use. After about 20 minutes I want to take them off. Put your money on something better. I wish I had.
