Great fit. Fun and sexy.
I normally wear a 10-12 and I ordered a large. The dress fit well without being too tight. The sleeves were a tad bit long, but I am only 5' tall and weigh 160 lbs. I would recommend for your "little black dress". I added a leather-like peplum belt and wore for a NYE 80s party. It was a total hit and I received lots of compliments. I read the reviews before purchasing and yes, be very careful putting on and taking off, but it's worth it.
