The remote control is great - it easily changes the light bar from dim to very bright for a cool white or warm white setting. The best part is that you can choose the perfect setting and that setting will be saved when you turn it on and off on the switched outlet. The attached image shows a strip of light stapled to the drywall in a closet about 7 feet high and 7 feet wide. The strip was a few feet too long, so the slack was gathered in the middle at the top of the closet and stapled back and forth. A strut fell too hard and ripped out a very small segment but not the entire block.
