The gloves were initially great, very warm and comfortable, but pretty quickly it turned out that they were actually not that well made. Most of the stitching is pretty poorly done so after a few uses the velcro that secures the mitten flap to the back of the glove when not in use came loose (you can actually see the very loose stitching in the promotional image used for the Mitten advertises comfortable Velcro design). It was easy enough to repair itself and it didn't really bother me anyway, so I didn't mind, but then the stitching holding the insulating liner came loose as well. This is one of the main requirements of these gloves - the insulation needs to stay in place! And I'm not particularly rough with them either, it's only from a month of normal daily use. I think they still work and they're warm as long as I make sure the lining is in the right place when I put them on, but next time I buy new gloves or mittens I'll probably just get a little more spend to get a robust design.
