I love the look and fit of this jacket but this is definitely a very basic rain jacket. I have another waterproof jacket that I wear everywhere that is well lined so I figured this jacket would match in color and fit. But it has an internal coating of material that is very sticky. That means it will conform to whatever you're wearing when you put it on. Also, I had serious problems with static electricity on my clothes and hair the first few times I wore it. I have since tried washing with fabric softener but it has only shrunk a little. A very basic shell, this jacket won't keep out cold rain or wind. I like the look of the jacket very much, but it will not become my everyday windbreaker. I would only use this to keep in a pack and take out in a downpour.
