takes some getting used to. Initially it caused more pain in my neck, but do I have severe lordosis (essentially meaning I have no curvature in my neck at all)? The main thing is both on the side and on the back, you had to get used to sleeping on the side of the pillow if you sleep on your side. As I got used to it, my neck pain was greatly reduced. And this is now my favorite pillow. I would like to get another one for my girlfriend who is moving into my spare room this weekend, she has a neck problem, we are fine. Super soft, high padding, but still great support!
