What you sow is what you reap. This backpack was ordered to replace an old JanSport backpack I used during my college days. Last year my son found my old backpack and decided to use it because he loves everything "retro". Even though I used the backpack for about four years in college and continued to use it in my first job as a teacher, the backpack still held up. It sat in the closet for several years before my son picked it up. He used the backpack for about a year until my wife decided to replace the old backpack, not because it was torn or worn out, but because she thought it was time to buy a new one. This new backpack replaces the old JanSport backpack. It looks fantastic and is just as durable as the one it replaces. I am confident that my 16 year old son will enjoy the new JanSport backpack for many years to come. Who knows. maybe one day my grandson will "discover" it in a camp and use it at school.
