I use this blend daily, but not how intended--as others have mentioned, this works better than any sleepy time or sweet dreams blend out there for good sleep. Put it in my diffuser about an hour before bed, and I've never slept better. Also great for my diffuser necklace, as a stress reliever. It has a very warm, calming scent that works great while dealing with daily work stress.This is my third or fourth purchase of this product, and certainly not my last!
