Review on 🎒 SwissGear Scansmart Laptop Backpack: Sleek and Practical Black/Black Design, 19-Inch by Jenn Hartman

So I bought this backpack in April 2017 as I needed it to carry my laptop when I had to work outside my workplace (e.g. in the coffee shop). In short, I have rarely used the backpack in the whole 8 months that I have owned it. The backpack typically consists of a thin 15-inch Lenovo laptop and accessories, a portable drive, and bottled water; nothing too difficult. So, today I noticed that there was a half inch tear in the zipper stitches (with fraying) in the 2nd front compartment of the backpack. Sure it's a small tear (which could get bigger if not replaced/fixed) but it should be a well built backpack but after 8 months of light use it's falling apart. many years of use can be expected. This will be the last time I buy a backpack from this brand. Hard earned money wasted. I have contacted SwissGear for a warranty exchange but haven't heard from them yet.
