Let's start by saying that I really like this bag. It looks great, fits everything I need and has only gotten better with age. My rating of "four" comes from once noticing brown stains on the shoulder of my shirt. It came from the leather shoulder strap (wide pieces that slide around). Cleaning this part with warm water and saddle soap solved the problem. Great laptop bag for work or travel.
