This was my second set. Good sound quality as long as they last. This set only lasted 8 months before one side just stopped working. I swim in an infinity pool, so against the current for 30 minutes. The buds never stayed, but I changed them to "arborescent". Added some crazy glue to hold them in place. The first set cost about $60 and lasted almost two years. With both sets, the sound quality was good in both ears up to the stop. With other brands, one ear always seemed to have lower sound quality. Haven't tried the SwimBuds brand yet. My iPod shuffle has lasted for years! Disappointed to keep buying expensive headphones. The same item costs $22 because it's on sale. I'll buy them and hope they last - and the sound quality is as good as the first two. Otherwise I would try SwimBuds with a one year warranty. According to reviews, they have problems with one year not working as well as another or not at all. That is nonsense. Sound and bass are important to me though, so I'll avoid buying the cheapest ones again. FYI, I'm very careful with wires, so why do they stop working so quickly?
