Firstly the sound quality of these headphones is pretty good, especially compared to other headphones/wireless headphones I have in this price range. The earbuds sit securely in my ear and block out noise as they are very snug. The Bluetooth connection is fast and the case and headphones don't look or feel cheap at all. The only issues I've encountered are battery life and the inability to chain an earbud without it turning off automatically. I use these headphones at work and would prefer to only use one earbud at a time. The instructions that came with the box aren't that clear but I contacted their support team who were quick to respond and very helpful, however I still couldn't stick with it the whole time despite following their instructions. I'm not a fan of touch sensors either, but they work well. I think I'll use them during workouts as they work well with both plugged in and they fit my ears so well.
