This belt solved a lot of fit problems for me and I've been looking for it for years, maybe even decades. Anyone who argues that the strap doesn't stretch and is difficult to adjust misses the point. If you want elasticity, get an elastic waistband. For health reasons, I can't wear rubber bands around my waist - after an hour, the smallest rubber band causes severe pain in my stomach. The regular belt gives me a bulky bulge from the buckle, and the lack of a belt means I pull my pants up like a kid all day because of the gap in the back. But this belt solves all my problems, and "difficult to adjust" means it stays where I put it, just like a belt should. and bought a backup. If both break, I'll buy a third. If it breaks, I'll stay home in my pajamas. This belt is a MUST.
