Received yesterday and fully charged. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED. ONLY lasted 2 hours and almost 40 minutes both times after 2 charges. The packaging says "Up to 8 hours of talk time". Jayfone you lied so send it back! Bought to mow my large garden but the battery doesn't last long enough to finish the job. Another buyer says he has 5 to 6 hours but much less than 8 hours. Of course, manufacturers compensate for listening/talking time to get you to buy. For other products, if a company lies about the speed of a computer chip, for example, litigation or multiple refunds can result if the speed is less than advertised. To compensate for this problem, the company advertises a slower speed than the chip actually outputs, so nobody can accuse them of false advertising. The same standards must apply to these devices and all products. Advertise for 6 hours and if we get 6 to 8 you know what? This is the best advertising a company can have. Your product meets or exceeds consumer expectations.
