I like that it is flexible enough to be used in numerous different ways depending upon your needs/requirements - but also quick to set up once you've got those requirements down! It's easy to use as well so no surprises there either (which can sometimes make or break an application).
There are some features which seem rather basic compared with competitors products such pricing options being one example of this; however these functions do work very effectively within our organisation though we have had limited success implementing other more sophisticated functionality from time to time when required by business users etc.. We're using key 360 primarily through Salesforce CRM system although they provide standalone versions too if needed - currently only available via sales force crm app store version 3 unfortunately not yet implemented into standard installers /amp pages.
