The product is of poor quality, I do not advise.
The chairs are great in general, but I've been waiting three days for a response to an email asking about replacing a single chair, and I've made two more calls to the seller's call center with no success. In a nutshell, the service is terrible, but the chairs are awesome. The vendor never got back to me. So Amazon offered to accept them back, but I already have all the chairs and don't want to take them apart again and pay for a taxi to transport them, so I won't. The seller, it seems, is depending on this.
- The seats are lovely, and they come in sturdy packaging. Liked. Everything was clear enough.
- On one of the chairs, the attachment points are married, so the base cannot be screwed into a thread. You can see that the mount is standard and threadless in the attached shot.
