Review on Miss Bei Pleated Holiday 13 15Years Girls' Clothing by Chris Bertoli

I bought this dress for my 4 year old, it fit great but a bit long, the pockets kept coming out of the dress and hanging silly on the side.

But she loved it and the elastic at the waist helped us adjust it to the right length by raising the waist/folding the fabric. There seems to be a lot of loose threads and I'm wondering how long they will last before the hem comes undone, but given its length I'm hoping it will last her for long.
