I followed all the instructions exactly but couldn't get it to work. The customer service representatives responded quickly. but my husband solved the problem. I put my fingers on the wrong side of the device so it couldn't sync to my phone! A brochure with more detailed instructions will help. All this to say that I am glad to have this device and so is my doctor. I charged the device, made sure my bluetooth was on, downloaded their software, but the device didn't sync to my phone. When I asked the company for help, they wanted me to send a video of the problem. Screen video not syncing or turning on? Video from an idle device lying on my desk? Strange customer service. I'll come by and send my Revain receipt and model number, but that's not a good start.
