Gave this to my son as a Christmas present and my heart sank seeing the reviews others have left for Christmas. Luckily our chair works great but it definitely needs some attention to fit the chair in the picture. Here are my tips: 1) Unpack it at least a day before using it. 2) If there is no zipper, use a paper clip to remove the sleeve. 3) Help the foam loosen hands/break the foam. you can't do it alone. 4) Wash the lid before use. It sheds a lot so it will snag on clothes if you wash it with other items like I did. 5) Turn the chair upside down to "open" it and counteract the tilt of the chair back. My son loves it!
