I guess I didn't realize how minimal the healing is in the pictures with the description. Especially with an insert. You're fine around the house as long as I don't go out much. It's definitely not driving. The healing is so low that my healing slips and the blade cuts into the base of my healing. It's even worse when driving because of the normal angle of inclination of the foot on the pedals. After about 5 minutes, the healing begins to hurt. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the inside of the shoe either. However, the insoles work.
