Review on Neewer 2-Pack Pencil Stick Condenser Microphone Set for Enhanced Acoustic Woodwind Instrument Recording - Interchangeable Omni, Cardioid & Super Cardioid Capsules, Foam Windscreens, Mic Clip & Portable Carrying Case by Shawn Quick

Great for the price! Your chance to have some fun in the sound design sandbox.

They are so useful as a recording program for several reasons: 1: They are cheap so almost everyone can afford them. 2. Sound quality is very good.3. You will receive 3 capsules for Omni, Cardioid and Hypercardioid.4. You get two of them: so you can do all the spatial processing of the stereo field. In general, they sound satisfyingly natural. They have demonstrated a neutral and accurate frequency response for a variety of percussion and foley effects, as well as acoustic stringed instruments such as guitar and mandolin. You sound like an instrument. The presence of different capsules provides different isolation and focusing of the sound. They don't pick up transients perfectly like the big pro mics: KM84, Gefell M300, SE8 or similar: So if you're recording symphony orchestra or need a critically balanced stereo field: not so good in comparison: But if you don't have a pair of small diaphragm condenser mics: This is a great place to start, you'll get good recordings and don't be afraid to put them where expensive mics are. I'm afraid to leave
