I bought this monitor primarily as a "mirror" for my 13" MacBook Pro when working with spreadsheets and to open multiple trading windows for options. I'm 52 and my vision isn't as clear as it used to be when I was looking at my small laptop screen. I wasn't sure what screen resolution I would need. But after a lot of research on the pros and cons of Full HD, QHD and 4K UHD, I settled on QHD. It turned out to be a perfect fit for its size. I connected my MacBook with an optional HDMI cable, went into my MacBook's settings and selected "Mirroring" and everything that was on my MacBook's screen appeared on the screen 32GN650-B monitor. Now I can open the parameter table, stock chart window and trading window of my brokerage account in different parts of the screen at the same time. I no longer have to keep flipping through opposite windows to find what I need. QHD maintains a crisp resolution and text is large enough to read. Any higher resolution wouldn't help unless I want to add additional monitors. Ideally.
