I love the idea of reusable makeup remover wipes. I've used and revisited them at least half a dozen times and they're still holding up well. The pads themselves aren't incredibly soft, but they don't hurt the face. They are relatively thin cloth material for washing and are mostly cleaned. The "laundry bag" to put used pads in when in the wash isn't the most reliable, so I use a separate mesh bag for delicate fabrics when washing in the washing machine. There is a small stain, but that may be due to human error on my part. Generally not disappointed. To avoid using too much makeup/skincare, I dampen the pads with water and wring it out so it doesn't get too dry or absorb too much.
