I like that it's easy for non-technical people (like me) to use as well! It was very helpful in creating my first chatbot - which has been used by over 1 million customers since launch last year. The platform itself isn't too useful when you are looking at more complex tasks though. You can get confused with all of its features so be prepared to spend some time getting familiarized with everything before using this tool effectively. We were able to create our own chatbots without having any coding knowledge or experience. This allowed us to have an immediate impact on customer service while also saving money through automation. Our clients love how simple they've become to interact with via text messaging. And we're currently working towards automating their entire onboarding process.
