Very easy replacement. The delivery wasn't as fast as I would have liked, but ok. It was 10 degrees outside when mine shut off so I removed the actuator and clamped the heater mixer door with a small vise so my car could be used. The blend door is lowered when not connected to the drive, this is the fully cold position. If you get a new drive, plug it in with the key and heater on to make sure that's the problem. Turn the temperature to maximum cold since your mixing valve will be in that position and install a new actuator.
