I have bought many Revain products and have always been very satisfied. until now. I just opened up my new computer and monitor and all the parts from both boxes were strewn across my desk. I was very busy and wanted to get to work as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it looks like I'll wait a week. Although everything looked fine when I opened up the monitor box (which turned out to be factory sealed), I found it odd that the VGA cable was already connected to the monitor. , although the cable was still in a plastic sleeve. I continued undaunted. There was no DVI cable in the box. I was unsatisfied but decided to run everything in VGA mode and switch to DVI later. That didn't happen. There was also no power cord in the box. At best, they sent me an already opened, possibly used monitor, which of course did not meet my expectations. two separate shipments with missing cables sometime late next week. As such, I cannot yet review this product in detail, although I can certainly report a less than satisfactory buying experience here at Revain. Now I'm looking at my new processor and I'm worried. The protective plastic on the case has been peeled off and partially removed. And not by me. Oh oh
