Good customer service for seat covers and accessories
On a scale of 1 to 10, "custom" is an 8. No customer service. One of the covers had 2 holes at the crease of the seat and backrest. There was no other cover. An e-mail addressed to Coverall was not answered in this regard. I spoke to customer service on the phone and they said "talk to Revain about this" even though it was a manufacturing defect. Coverall's letter went unanswered. The item was returned to Revain and I received another set with the same perforated lid. Good luck if you buy this product and have a problem.
