My son is 6 years old. He weighs about 50 pounds and is 3ft 11" tall and I ordered a size XS. It suits him perfectly. I needed something he can wear under his gym uniform because it's cold. I like that it is fleece lined. He said it was so comfortable and soft. He is very picky about clothes and feelings. He said he didn't have an itch. I will order another one and will definitely order more if it exceeds this size.
