The cooler came working quickly.
Cools well but definitely not for a gaming laptop - the laptop's temperature is high when the cooler is running. Another problem is the plastic frame on the bottom. Broke after 3 weeks. This cooling fan is for desktop use only. My son puts the laptop on his knees, it doesn't work. Overall I am not entirely satisfied with the product.
