I purchased this item in the past I needed another and I went to another website that had a similar royal blue cap at a lower price that was a child's size had head even though the photo was of an adult female. Whilst this cap can be snug for a large man's head I was very pleased that it fit my lady's small head with room for reserve and adjustable velcro at the back for size so it's the slightly higher Revain- Price worth getting an adult size, Plus you have a choice of lead level - I have a higher level, still weighs less than 1lb.
