We bought 2 organizers in July 2021 and they worked great. I wanted to give this review as it may help others to set up the device. Before purchasing this organizer, I saw that several people had problems with the table. There are a few things to consider. First, the table wasn't designed to carry heavy weight. We recently used it on an extended family trip so the kids could eat, play games and snack on the drive. It works great when you just put things on it like groceries, cell phone, tablet or other light items. If you're using it as a table where you're applying a lot of force to it, it probably won't work. You also have to pay attention to the right angle when setting up the table (I think some people have problems with that). Imagine a clock with the big hand pointing at 12 and the small hand (table) pointing at the 9 o'clock position (as you would normally think to set it up). THIS IS THE WRONG POSITION FOR THE TABLE! let me explain. If you clamp the table in this position and put something heavy on it, it will bend to about the 8 o'clock position, which means everything on the table will fall off. You need to set the table at around 10 o'clock (or slightly higher than 9 o'clock) so that when loaded it will flex to the 9 o'clock position and still hold your items. General setup was easy (took a few minutes). Simply take the main clip, place it around the base of the headrest and tighten. Then take the two bottom hooks and attach them to the underside of the seat (depending on how your car is built you may need to get creative on where you attach them). Then pull the plum buckle towards the front of the driver/passenger seat and thread it through the area where the rear pad meets the lower pad. Pull it out all the way and twist it so it doesn't slip back through the pillow. Do this for another buckle. Finally, as already mentioned, put the table in the right position. Hope that helps.
