This kit was perfect for my plastic invisible aligners. I used hard chews to support my aligners when they got stuck, usually the first few days I wear a new set. I also used Soft to chew to ease any pain I was feeling. It was nice to have something to chew on instead of grinding my teeth and damaging my aligners. They also fit in my aligner case so I can take them with me. I liked this set over others because it had two hardness options, but I also didn't need the 12 chewable tablets like many other packs on the market. I would recommend it to anyone who wears invisible aligners.
