I had to buy another set of light strips because the first set kept flickering and then all of them stopped working. Support looked at the question card and concluded that the problem wasn't with using the HitLights connectors they sell for these LED strips and eventually rerouting all the connection wires! I told them I couldn't do that because it was preinstalled behind the walls and that wasn't an option. They kept blaming the wiring, not their product. Even though I have an electrical engineering background they kept telling me I was wrong and the only way to get it working was to rewire it and the LED strips weren't a problem. I bought another set of lightbulbs and what do you know they worked! Bottom line: Good when they work, bad when you need customer support.
