I am a ten year old ex Sea Plasma enthusiast looking for a replacement and was hoping this would be it. I use it on my child's fine hair to avoid static electricity in dry areas during travel. I apply it after washing until my hair is dry. It was fine for my hair, but while traveling I realized I forgot my moisturizer and decided to try it on my face and neck. I had contact dermatitis right away! I immediately took an antihistamine, which helped, but I will no longer use it.
