Review on DEPO 330-2016PXAS Fog Light Set Replacement - Aftermarket Product (Not OEM) by Greg Hammett

I bought a used 2001 Expedition that needed new headlights and wanted to upgrade them. Found them and they were exactly what I was looking for. Until they melt. I have been involved with cars and trucks professionally and personally for over 20 years. They are very easy to install which is great and it also means there is no way to add extra heat through wiring or mis-route anything around this to cause errors. It is only made of inferior plastic than is needed for heat protection. My advice: buy a protection plan if you don't believe the many reviews here (wish I'd take my own advice), use LED bulbs to possibly keep the heat down (no guarantees), or just buy them for the beauty and never don't turn it on. Again it's 2 stars because they look good, I got what I ordered, they're easy to install but they can't do what they were designed to do and the fog lights I can't turn on are useless.
