A broken zipper is frustrating.

It looks good and I would love it. The inner pockets are convenient and the size is just right for carrying and taking with you. Unfortunately the zipper snaps shut and every time I use it I have trouble opening and closing it. . I was hoping it would get easier with time but no luck so far.
