I like that it's thin and compact. My only concern with this product is not being able to use the USB-C pass-through port. When I used the charger that came with my XPS 9310, the laptop didn't recognize it. I believe this is because the hub uses some power to operate, so not all of the power goes to the laptop (input power is less than output power). This seems to be the case with most cheap hubs. I believe it's possible to get around this by purchasing a more powerful charger after the sale. I don't need to check and confirm it. I plan on returning it and getting something similar that doesn't have a USB-C port and has an Ethernet port instead. At least this port can be useful for me.
