I bought this product at the end of August 2019. The charging process was stopped at the end of April 2020. For most of that time I barely allowed my son access to his LeapFrog because he was so engrossed in some of the videos that LeapFrog was turned off and kept secret for a total of 2 months with breaks between August and April. When the charger was in use and working, it was like magic. Recharged quickly in eight months. And as I said, we didn't even use it much in those eight months. So I will try another brand as a replacement.
