Internal socket not attached

The only reason I bought handles that snap in was to avoid the handles shifting. The bushings hold together perfectly, but the inner bushing adheres very poorly to the frame: 4 extremely soft metal Phillips screws are used - no screw locking varnish, no O-rings. All 8 screws came loose when I first used this on my rig! This allowed the handles to move until I found the right size Phillips.
