Just what I needed to block some air and noise leaks. This is an update for me. My current shoe cover has two slits cut by a lazy mechanic that let in cold air in winter and hot air in summer, plus lots of street noise. Combined with some sound deadening material, thick butyl based padding and carpeting, this helps reduce road noise and keeps my car warmer, cooler and quieter. Then you need to check all the seals to prevent water ingress, and then add conditioner.
